about

PUC Community Charter Middle School – a California Distinguished and WASC Accredited School – serving grades 6 through 8, opened in 1999 and was the first start-up charter school ever opened in the San Fernando Valley. The goal of PUC Community Charter Middle School is to prepare and motivate all students for high school and eventual college graduation. Through total devotion to students, small class sizes, extensive exposure to the arts, personalized and nurturing assistance, and a rich after school program, the faculty has made great strides towards achieving this goal.  As a California Distinguished School, PUC Community Charter Middle School consistently demonstrates high academic achievement and a culture of mutual respect.  Several of our former PUC Community Charter Middle School students who are now college graduates have now returned as PUC teachers.
